1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (religious clothing), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in original condition and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Minor color differences (due to screen display)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at Vrindavanposhakstore@gmail.com

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Reason for return

Once approved, we will guide you on the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (via Razorpay)

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
